We focus on bridging the gap between parents and the vital services they need, while helping them feel seen, heard, and understood. Through advocacy, information-sharing, and collaboration, we work to create a supportive environment where every child and family has the opportunity to grow, belong, and thrive.

Our Story
Since the beginning
AJ Strives For Change Inc. was born out of a personal journey and a deep-seated desire to ensure that no family ever has to navigate the complexities of autism alone. Our founder, Tamara Jones, experienced firsthand the gaps in support and the isolation that often accompanies a diagnosis, sparking a vision for a more connected and compassionate community. What started as a small support circle has grown into a beacon of hope for families across the region. We believe that every child deserves a community that celebrates their unique strengths, and every parent deserves the tools, resources, and confidence to advocate effectively for their child's future. Our growth is a testament to the power of shared experiences and collective action. Today, our mission remains rooted in direct empowerment. From our Parent Empowerment Academy to our specialized community workshops, we are committed to building inclusive spaces where information is shared freely and connection is constant. We strive daily to build a world where families not only cope but thrive together.
